Student poster session

Sunday 10, May: 14:00 to 18:00

The student poster session on Sunday will be held in the Hall 2 – Exhibition Area. Posters presented during this session will be considered for the best student poster prize. Students should attend their posters for interactions with judges and arriving conference delegates for the entire session.

Student posters are presented twice during the conference, once during the student poster session, and again during the standard poster sessions.

All students receiving a grant to attend the conference must present their work in this session and submit a contribution to the proceedings.

Standard poster sessions

Monday 11, May to Thursday 14, May: 16:30 to 18:30

This poster presentation will be held in the Hall 2 – Exhibition Area and have three colored and coded sections called Laplace, Fresnel and Broglie. You must attend to your posters through the full afternoon poster session. Setup is recommended in the morning so they may be visited during the first coffee break.

The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject publication of papers that have not been properly presented or manned in the poster sessions. Manuscripts of your contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered as posters and papers presented in this way will not be accepted for publication.

Poster preparation guidelines (both student and standard) can be found here.

At the end of each session, posters have to be removed, otherwise they will be recycled.
