HOW CAN I ACCESS THE CONFERENCE ?
Submit an abstract or have an account to SPMS does not mean you are registered to IPAC20. To well registered please follow the steps :
1. Connect to https://www.ipac20.org/spms-registration/ < “Start my Registration”
2. Enter your SPMS username and password.
3. Click on “Virtual Conference Registration”
4. Click on "Proceed with Registration"
5. Then, you go back to the IPAC20 website, fill the required information and accept policies.
You are now able to access the conference
HOW CAN I ACCESS THE CONFERENCE DEPENDING ON MY COUNTRY ?
We have unfortunately been informed that some countries filters videos from our partner VIMEO. We are currently working on this problem, but it seems complicated for us, at this stage, to find a solution in time.
I ALREADY REGISTERED INTO IPAC20 BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE CONFERENCE
If you cannot access the conference it’s probably because you did not finalise your registration.
If you already have an IPAC20 account go to : https://www.ipac20.org/registration/ to finalise your registration and accept the policies.
I CANNOT SEE THE VIDEOS OR ONLY THE SOUND
We have been informed that some of you experience issues with playing the sound or video from the IPAC20 virtual website. Note that your browser and computer should be configured and allowed to play video files. If you face problems, you could try to disable NoScript, Adblockers or any other programs that might prevent you to play video from the web. In case that you have persistent problems please send us an email. Many thanks.
