IPAC’20 WEBSITE AND REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL BE NOT ACCESSIBLE ON 2ND AND 3RD OF JANUARY 2020

Online registrations will open on Monday 30, September 2019

All registration fees are in Euro (€)

The early bird registration deadline is Sunday 1, March 2020. The registration has to be finalised and the invoice will have to be paid by this date, in order to be eligible for the reduced fee. Please consider the time transfer if you are processing by bank transfer.

LUNCHES: Please note that lunches are not included in the registration fees. IPAC’20 organisation provide on-site lunches you can order on the application form.

Industrial Trade Registration

Industrial trade registrations will be available from Monday 30, September 2019.

Accompanying Person

The following items are included in the Accompanying Person fee:

• Welcome Reception on Sunday 10, May 2020
• Conference Cocktail on Tuesday 12, May 2020
• Banquet Dinner on Thursday 14, May 2020

Coffee breaks are not included.

Confirmation

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email outlining what you have registered for. If you do not receive this email either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact the secretariat at: registration@ipac20.org, please do not re-register.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, date of arrival and departure, etc. are correct. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors.

Payment

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (a surcharge can be applicable depending the credit card)
• Bank Transfert (only accepted for Europe)

IMPORTANT: All payment must be made before Thursday 2, April 2020. Payment on site will not be available at the Event center.

Cancellation policy

No reimbursements for registration cancellations will be given, except in the case of a Visa request being denied (less 100€ cancellation fees). Please submit this request in writing to registration@ipac20.org and received prior to Wednesday 8, April 2020. No refund on paid registrations will be given for cancellations after this date. Registrations may be transferred to substitute delegates without incurring a fee.

On-site Registration

There will be no on-site registration for new attendees to IPAC20.
